To reserve the UA Condo for future use, download and complete the Reservation Request Form and a Waiver Form. Sign and submit both to Abigail Grant.

Reservations must be made in person at the Office of Land Management, 102 Hayden-Harris Hall (802 Hackberry Lane). A deposit equal to one-half the rental for your stay must be given by check made payable to Capstone Foundation. No nights will be booked without a deposit.

You may reserve dates up to one year in advance, but deposits will be forfeited if you do not honor your reservation dates.
