POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
FOR BAY POINT CONDOMINIUM

The following items are included for your information:

1. ARRIVAL:

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. The condominium should be clean when you arrive. Please bring your own soap, and facial tissue. Bath & kitchen towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, and pillowcases are provided. Spare light bulbs, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, leaf for the dining room table, and other miscellaneous items are in the closet in the bedroom.

Kitchen Supplies: Please bring your own dishwashing liquid or powder for dishwasher, plastic wrap, garbage bags and other useful items you need, especially if you plan to cook in.

OCCUPANCY LIMIT: No more than six (6) persons are to occupy the premises. Violators of this policy will be denied further use of the condo.

SORRY, NO PETS ALLOWED!

NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE CONDO!

2. EMERGENCY REPAIRS:

Condo repairs should be reported to Office of Land Management (205)-348-6462 or Jon Drake at (850)-235-0857. After office hours call either Jon Drake or Mark Beeler, Land Management at (205) 310-5118.

3. TELEPHONE USE:

Long distance usage is allowed only for calling Land Management at the University. Access code 10-10-288 must be used. All other long distance calls must be made with your personal calling card.

The telephone number is (850) 233-1030.

4. GOLF:

Your name will appear on a list sent to the golf pro shop for free greens fees for four (cart fee is your expense and required).

All other charges should be paid in cash or with a personal credit card approved by Bay Point.

5 . KEYS:

It is your responsibility to obtain the keys to the condo before leaving Tuscaloosa . If you find yourself locked out for any reason, call UA Police Dispatcher at 205/348-5454 for directions to the locked key box. Failure to return that key to the box will result in forfeiture of your key deposit.

6. DEPARTURE:

Please remember to take out the trash, leave items as near as possible where you found them, turn out all lights and lock the doors.

Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. However, if you check out earlier please notify Jon Drake at (850) 235-0857.

Keys should be turned in to Abigail Grant, Room 102 Hayden-Harris (802 Hackberry Lane) upon your return to Tuscaloosa. Keys must be returned within five (5) business days of your stay, or you deposit will be forfeited. Your $25.00 key deposit will be returned to you at that time.

Thank you for your cooperation. With each person’s help, the University will be able to continue offering this vacation retreat at an affordable cost.
