Reservations must be made in person at the Office of Land Management, 102 Hayden - Harris (802 Hackberry Lane). A deposit equal to one-half the rental for your stay must be given by check made payable to Capstone Foundation. No nights will be booked without a deposit. You may reserve dates up to one year in advance, but deposits will be forfeited if you do not honor your reservation dates.

Who is eligible to rent the Condo?
All full-time employees of the University and retirees may rent the condo. You may not rent it for members of your family to go without you. The employee/retiree must be present.
The condo rents for $125 per night from February through Labor Day and for $100 per night after Labor Day and through January. Green fees at Club Meadows at Bay Point, are included for up to four persons. Golfers must pay the rental of a golf cart for each round of golf. What is included in the Condo?
The condo is a one-bedroom unit, with a king-size bed in the bedroom. There is a sleeping porch that can be closed off by folding doors, which has twin beds. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa. The unit accommodates up to six adults. The bathroom has a tub/shower and there is an additional dressing area with large mirror and lavatory. The kitchen is fully equipped and a washer/dryer unit is in the closet across from the kitchen. Games, puzzles and cards are kept in stock for rainy day activities. Cable television is available in the Living Room and Bedroom.
The condo may be rented for as long a stay as desirable. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. For a list of dates the condo is available see the Calendar.
